Andrea's digital art was accepted for Bridges 2013 the world’s largest mathematical art conference on mathematical connections to art, science and music.

About the Artist
Andrea (Adka), who was born and raised in Slovakia, developed a love for drawing at an early age. Her art teachers rarely appreciated her eccentric art approach to subjects, which apparently did not meet the communistic ideal of conformity. Slovak folk art full of colorful ornaments and whimsies played an important role in her artistic development. She enjoys creating positively vibrant, inspiring and playful surrealistic imagery loaded with energy, incorporating multiple dimensions and colors, using acrylic paints, which appeals to a wide range of art lovers.
